High-efficient Fine Crusher Working Principle:

The materials enter into the cavity from the hopper, and then fall on the high-speed rotating hammer head. Through the interaction between hammer and counterattack plate, the material is preliminarily crushed in the hammer area. After hammered and counterattacked frequently and repeatedly, the materials fall on the medium septum, form accumulation, and then fall on the lower part of rotating rotor-the swing tray. Then the materials are thrown on the counterattack plate at high speed to be crashed. After counterattacked, crushed and grinded forcibly by movable plate hammer, the fine crushing is finished.
